Its fall and that means its time for pumpkin spice lattes! Mmm so good! This week I had the best pumpkin spice latte I have ever had at a really special coffee shop in town called Duino Coffee. Duino Coffee is a locally owned coffee shop in McKinney TX. The owner, Hesham, and his wife had a vision of creating a hub for community and culture and that is just what they did. Duino Coffee was established in December of 2018, and is named after a small seaside town situated on the cliffs of the Adriatic coast of Italy. Duino Italy is home to several ethnic and cultural identities that bring together people and students from every corner of the World to foster peace and a global community. This was the inspiration for the coffee shop which now exemplifies these attributes.

At Duino Coffee they celebrate our community, diversity and culture. They are not only a registered art gallery and a scratch kitchen but they are also a hub for performances from local musicians and other events. Strangers become friends with the community vibe at Duino Coffee.

Coming up this week, Saturday, October 19th from 8am-10am is a their Cars & Coffee Trunk or Treat. This is a car show and truck or treat, so bring your cool, classic or monster cars to this event or bring your trick-or-treaters for a fun filled day with kids and pet costumes, Halloween cookie decorating, pop up shops, special “spooky” drinks and of course awesome cars!
